Availability and support
Moradesk is in development. Public trial admission and live purchases are not open.
MoraRetail access
MoraRetail is built for electronics stores, with serialized inventory, purchasing, sales, expenses and reports. Existing account access is shown in the Hub. Creating an account or company does not activate product access.
Trial
An eligible, admitted company owner can explicitly start a 14-day trial with five member places, including owners. Each account can start one trial per product; each company can use one trial. Verification and setup do not start or extend it. After expiry, permitted records remain readable, but new operational changes are blocked.
Prices and payments
There is no live offer to purchase here. Any enabled test checkout is clearly marked as simulated and uses no real funds. Annual plans, paid additional seats and automatic debits are not available.
Renewal, cancellation and refunds
No automatic charge starts when you register or start a trial. Recorded access ends at the deadline shown in Billing. Live purchase, renewal, cancellation and refund terms must be published before live checkout opens; no live subscription purchase or cancellation action is offered here.

Contact support@moradesk.com for product help or privacy requests. Service hours: Monday–Friday, 07:00–17:00 WIB (UTC+7). See Contact us for all channels. Do not send passwords or verification codes. These hours do not establish a guaranteed response time or 24-hour service.
Data and team features
Business exports are available with the required permissions. They are not complete restorable backups; in-app business recovery is not available. Staff invitations use manually shared links, without automatic invitation emails. Reports explain when a cost basis is unavailable.
Other products
MoraTravel and MoraFix are planned products. They cannot be opened as operational workspaces, and no release date is announced.
